Dear Rick,

Just a reminder that you are invited to the Boston Busing/Desegregation Project (BBDP) presentation by international truth commission expert Eduardo Gonzalez . The program will be held this Saturday, July 30 from 9:30 to 12:00  PM at Northeastern University School of Law. This event is co-sponsored by the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project.

Mr. Gonzalez served the Peruvian Truth and Reconciliation Commission and through his work as Director of Truth and Memory at the International Center for Transitional Justice, he has been a consultant to truth commissions and projects around the world. He will be joined by other key resource people to BBDP.

This is an opportunity for the BBDP Learning Network to begin to explore truth projects, to learn from past and current efforts and to consider together what type of process might work for BBDP. Your questions, thoughts and ideas will help shape the Project going forward.

We hope to see you there.
