CTDN Tues, Oct 5. NOON--TAKE A MINUTE OF SILENCE in remembrance of the Woolson Street Massacre victims + survivors.

Progress in the fight against illegal guns
Please join us in observing a minute of silence this Tuesday, Oct. 5 in memory of the lives stolen in the Woolson Street massacre
_____________________________________________________________________

The Louis D. Brown Peace Institute, Citizens for Safety, Neighbors for Neighbors, Carlos Henriquez & the Chops Porter Institute are calling for a minute of silence Tuesday, October 5 at Noon to remember the lives stolen on Woolson Street, the lives stolen by homicide across the state, and the survivors of homicide in the families and neighborhoods.

It's simple:
- take the minute next Tuesday at Noon
- hold hands with the people near you, if you like
- wear a purple peace ribbon or something purple on Tuesday
- TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW - neighbors, friends, family, leaders, students.

Do you want your name added to this call for peace and reflection?  Let us know in the comments section, a message, or email to hresko@gmail.com

Thank you for taking this small, significant, deliberate step toward peace.
